I offer both short and long term art psychotherapy to adults, children, adolescents and groups

and EMDR to adults and adolescents. I work with a wide range of issues including depression, anxiety, attachment, trauma, ADHD, autism and self-harm, as well as sexual, emotional and physical abuse.

Here I developed the Young Women's Therapy service, serving vulnerable 18-25 year olds. I have six years’ experience working therapeutically with children, adolescents and adults. Prior to training as a psychotherapist I worked for five years as a case worker for disadvantaged young people, informing my understanding of the challenges facing them today.
